How long does it take until my online shop is ready?

If you set up the online shop yourself, it usually takes 20 minutes to create. If we do this for you, it takes 2 to 3 working days.

How long is my contract?
  • Start with a 30-day free trial — no cancellation required.
  • The contract expires 12 months after ordering.
  • After the 12th month, the contract is extended by 3 months unless terminated 14 days before the end of the next quarterly period.

Why should I choose Orderiom?

Do I have to pay commissions on orders?

No, with Orderiom, you only pay the agreed monthly price, regardless of order volume. You can choose different pricing models, depending on the needs of your company.

We have a partnership with Mollie, which offers you various online payments. Mollie processes online payments for web shops and other organizations.

“Responsive” means that your website (web app) automatically adapts to the size of the respective smartphone so that it looks good on all devices.

How do I get more customers?

We advise you on your advertising strategy so that you can attract as many new customers as possible with flyers, online marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.

Can I save money with Orderiom?

Yes, with Orderiom, you save the full commissions that would otherwise be paid to third-party providers like DoorDash and UberEats. That's an average of 11-30% of every order that now stays in your pocket. This allows you to quickly save 10,000 to 15,000 € a year that would otherwise have gone to the delivery service.

How do I reach my customers if Orderiom doesn't have an app like UberEats or DoorDash?

The superiority of UberEats and the advertising budget of UberEats and similar third-party providers are huge. But what is actually happening in the background? 87% of all users of an app like UberEats can't even say where they ordered after the meal and answer UberEats.

100% of the millions of euros in advertising money are flowing in UberEats and the like, but not in your company. The identity of your company is completely lost. Even if sales are made through delivery apps like UberEats, you will be completely replaceable as a restaurant or delivery service!

In addition, you have to hand over up to 30% of you turnover to the portal, and in exchange, the customer usually doesn't even know who you are! That is a path that we at Orderiom simply do not want to take. We focus on your business and not on our tool!

Almost 90% of all orders are made via Google search and not via a delivery service app at all. This is exactly where we at Orderiom come in, we advertise specifically for your company via social networks and the Google Display Network and Google Search.

This means that you will be found, not the delivery service portal. Also, 100% of all income will remain with you and after 6-8 weeks you will receive more orders via our channels than through UberEats or DoorDash.

In the basic subscription plan from Orderiom, a small advertising package is already included in the monthly subscription price of 99 €. You don't have to worry about anything, as we'll advertise for you!

If you want more, there is also the Turbo package for 299 € per month, which also includes customized marketing campaigns, postings, and much more.

What you can expect when testing Orderiom in the first 30 days?


But before you get started, here’s a quick overview of what you can expect from this trial:

After registering, you’ll be asked to confirm your email address. Once done, you'll find your new control center still quite empty. That’s your cue to get started: Transfer your menu, set up tables, and upload your own images or stock photos for your items. Next, you can assign tables to QR codes, customize the design to match your brand colors, and add your logos.

Of course, we can take care of all of this for you! If desired, we’ll even create a new homepage with up to five subpages. We’ll build the shop with four categories and product groups so it’s ready for effective testing.

If you sign a contract during or after the test phase, we’ll finalize the rest of your menu by the start of the contract. Alternatively, you can complete the setup yourself at any time – thanks to our intuitive, modular system built into the Manager App.

If you prefer, we’ll happily set up your shop right away for a flat fee of 299 €. We’re also happy to provide a free walkthrough of the setup process at any time. Just book a free appointment with our sales team – or check out our DIY videos to guide you through setting up Orderiom yourself.

That said, we want to be honest: In the first few weeks, you shouldn’t expect the same order volume as with your previous delivery platforms like UberEats and the like. Your guests are likely unfamiliar with Orderiom and will need time to adjust to the new system.

That’s why we support you from day one – with targeted social media campaigns, Google Ads, shop listings on various portals, and a strong push behind the scenes. Once your paid subscription starts, you’ll also receive 5,000 flyers for free to inform your guests about the new ordering options.

But we also need your help:
Spread the word! Let every guest know there's now a new way to order from you.
Be upfront – tell them they can save up to 30% per order by using your new system. Our experience shows that guests are happy to support their favorite restaurants and switch over quickly.

If you’re using QR codes at tables, please train your service staff to explain the new system to guests and offer a little support at first.

During the transition period, please continue to use your old delivery portal if possible. You won’t reach all your guests within 4 weeks – especially those who only order from you occasionally. We don’t want to lose them just because they no longer find you on platforms like UberEats.

It usually takes 3–4 months before Orderiom can fully replace your old delivery system and generate comparable revenue. But you’ll feel the difference from the very first order placed through Orderiom: You won’t pay commissions to a third-party platform, and your restaurant’s name will finally take center stage again. Your customers won’t be ordering from Lieferando – they’ll be ordering from you. We’re your partner on equal footing and will support you wherever we can.
