Do I have to cancel my platforms?

No, and we do not advise anyone to. Platforms bring you new guests. That is their value. The point is that you no longer have to work them separately, and that regular guests cost you less when they order through your own shop.

How do the orders get into the till?

Through the connection to each platform. The order appears with items, address and requested time in the same list as your own orders. The platform tablet is no longer needed.

Can I pause orders when it gets too busy?

Yes, from the till. You do not have to log into every platform backend to close for a short time.

Can I see how much sales each platform brings?

Yes, separately per channel. This is usually the moment when a business sees for the first time what the commission really costs per month.

Do my contracts with the platforms change?

No. Your terms stay your business. We only connect the orders technically.

Is the till legally compliant (TSE, GoBD)?

Yes — the Orderiom POS works with a certified TSE and is GoBD-compliant, including the export formats a tax audit asks for.

How long does setup take?

Usually a few days from the first call to going live — we do the setup for you.

Do I have to replace the till I already have?

No. You can start with the Orderiom POS, or simply add to the till you already have.

Do I pay commission on orders?

No — 0% commission to third parties, in every package, whatever the ordering channel.

What if I have several locations?

Multi-site management gives you one dashboard across every location — part of the chain package.

Can I start small and add to it later?

Yes — modules can be added one at a time, with no forced package change.
