TO CONFIRM:
Add the commission rate and the example figures once the real platform terms have been checked. An unproven percentage against a competitor named on the page is legally risky — either back it up with a source and a date, or word it neutrally as “the usual platform commission”.

Do I have to cancel Lieferando and Wolt for this?
No — and we do not advise anyone to do that. The platforms bring you new customers, that is their value. The point is that you no longer pay commission for regulars who already know you. Both ways run side by side, in the same order list.
How do platform orders get into the till?
Through the Delivery Platforms connection. The order shows up automatically in the same list as your own — with the items, the address and the delivery time the customer wants. You no longer need the platform tablet on the counter.
How many drivers can I manage?
Up to ten drivers are included in the Driver App, every extra driver is billed on top. The exact terms are in the price list.
Can I set the delivery area and the minimum order value myself?
Yes, and you can do it per zone. Closer zones can have a lower minimum and a lower delivery fee, zones further away a higher one — so you only deliver where it pays off for you.
How do I get regulars to order directly from me?
The usual way: a flyer or a QR code in every delivery, a discount on the first direct order and Loyalty for repeat orders. Because you hold the customer data, you can do this on purpose — with a platform you cannot.

Yes — the Orderiom POS works with a certified TSE and is GoBD-compliant, including the export formats a tax audit asks for.

How long does setup take?

Usually a few days from the first call to going live — we do the setup for you.

Do I have to replace the till I already have?

No. You can start with the Orderiom POS, or simply add to the till you already have.

Do I pay commission on orders?

No — 0% commission to third parties, in every package, whatever the ordering channel.

What if I have several locations?

Multi-site management gives you one dashboard across every location — part of the chain package.

Can I start small and add to it later?

Yes — modules can be added one at a time, with no forced package change.
