What the app does from day 1.
Your brand, not ours
The name, logo, colours and start screen are yours. In the App Store and on Google Play, your business is listed, not Orderiom.
Push messages
Promotions, opening hours and offers go straight to the phone — with no ad budget and no detour through social media.
Reorder in two taps
The last order is at the top. Address and payment method are saved. The guest only has to confirm.
Payment like in the Online Shop
The app uses the same payment route as your Online Shop — with your own payment provider.
Points and vouchers
If you use Loyalty, the guest sees their points in the app and redeems them there.
One menu for everything
You update items and prices once in the backend. Online Shop, app and till all show the same.

One Android device per service staff member — buy, lease or rent.
Online Shop
Menu, prices, payment and incoming orders all come from the Online Shop. The app is a second screen on top of it.

Logo and brand colours
Your logo as a vector file, your colours and a start screen image. If you do not have these, we design them with you.

I already have an Online Shop. Why do I also need an app?
Because they serve different guests. The Online Shop wins guests who are searching for you. The app keeps guests who already know you — with saved data, reordering in seconds and push messages that cost you nothing. If most of your guests come once and you have few regulars, the Online Shop alone is often the more honest answer.
Is my name in the App Store — or Orderiom?
Your name. The app is listed under your business, with your logo, your colours and your description. Guests find it by the name of your restaurant.
Who takes care of updates and the store review?
We do. Apple and Google change their rules regularly — new versions, privacy information, technical requirements. We handle all of it. You do not have to.
Can my team handle it?
Training usually takes less than half an hour. The screens are built for speed in service, not for training.
How long does it take until the app is in the store?
The app itself is part of your onboarding. The review by Apple and Google is not in our hands and usually takes a few days. In our experience, the first submission comes back with questions more often than later updates.
Do I pay commission on orders from the app?
No. Orders from your app and your Online Shop come straight to you at 0 % commission. That is the main difference from orders through a delivery platform.
Can I send push messages myself?
Yes, from the backend. You write the text, choose who gets it and send. Guests can switch notifications off in their phone settings at any time — so it pays to use them sparingly.

Before you ask

Yes — the Orderiom POS works with a certified TSE and is GoBD-compliant, including the export formats a tax audit asks for.

How long does setup take?

Usually a few days from the first call to going live — we do the setup for you.

Do I have to replace the till I already have?

No. You can start with the Orderiom POS, or simply add to the till you already have.

Do I pay commission on orders?

No — 0% commission to third parties, in every package, whatever the ordering channel.

What if I have several locations?

Multi-site management gives you one dashboard across every location — part of the chain package.

Can I start small and add to it later?

Yes — modules can be added one at a time, with no forced package change.
